• Opening and maintenance of bank accounts, internet banking and other ad-hoc projects including all relevant statutory documentations
• Liaise with external administrators for transaction inquires, documentation, trade facilities and loan-related matters
• Liaise with external administrators and internal stakeholders on the application for Letter of credit, trust receipts, bank guarantees
• Provide other team members with supporting documents for trade facilities and update master record and schedule
• Maintain and upload monthly management forex rate to system
• Provide year-end audit support
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Admin/ Business / Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• Treasury Experience will be an advantage.
• Intermediate to advance computer literacy, including experience in word processing, spreadsheets and power point.
• Fresh graduated candidates are welcomed.
