Develop and administer Rewards programs/ plans, job analysis, evaluation and market benchmarking to align employee pay levels with the external and internal value of jobs as well as employees performance in line with business needs. What will you do?

• Support implementations of a board range of Compensation (C&B) programs and reward policies, requiring sometimes complex and non-routine work including background research e.g. martket rates, full costs of new products.
• Analyze C&B activities to identify trends and areas for process improvements
• Analyze and compare the cost benefits for the company and the employees
• Interpret the implications of business strategy on organizational design
• Provide consulting on C&B matters (e.g. interpret policy) and analysis for Business Managers
• Participate in job evaluations, model salary increases, participate in salary surveys, collect internal and external data

Job Description

· Ensures inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with the system balance regularly

· Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods

· Conduct proper checks and ensure goods received are in good condition before raising Goods Received Note (G.R.N)

· Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods received and goods dispatched including labeling of all stock items

· Organize and maintain inventory and storage area

· Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy

· Maintains items records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status

· Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices

· Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and bins for proper planning

· Performs periodical cycle count and participate in annual stock count

· Performs and assist any other general or related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

· Handling of Purchase Order - Responsible for scanning, packing and/or unpacking of goods as well as delivering goods to outlets

Maintains oversight of consistency and quality, ensuring programming is aligneds with brand's value, current trends and guest interests
• Revenue Enhancement: Collaborates with respective division heads to drive revenue through innovative CX experiences and programming, aligned with broader business goals

Sustainability Management

• Strategize and manage implementation of Tree of Life, focusing on maximizing net positive impact
• Fosster collaborations among departments and between Dusit and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of sustainability initiatives
• Track sustainability performance and progress of "Tree of Life" in accordance with the relevance requirements and standards, and timeline administered by Corporate Sustainability and report to Corporate Office in a timely manner

Operational Brand Compliance

• Monitors compliance of all brand signatures in hotel operations, including but not limited to music, scent, decoration, equipment and set-up of facilities and activities
• Fosters collaboration with various teams in the hotel to make sure that physical brand compliance is met in all guest touchpoints
• Liaise with Marketing to work on on-brand promotional materials for CX experiences and programming

Others

Operate as a key point of ocntact for the hotel on RPS, CX, Sustainability - Tree of Life:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external on sustainability
• Source local and international content and connect / collaborate with stakeholders to enhance guest experiences
• Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education of bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years in hotel operations or relevant equivalent field
• Knowledgeable in hotel operations (e.g. Front Office, Executive Floor, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Events, etc.)
• Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve excellence
