What you will be doing:
- Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations
- Deputise as and when required if the Facilities Manager is not around
- Manage the team of technical officers, sub-contractors, supervise & coordinate facility management activities and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
- Attend to any cases raised including after hours by the Client which includes the tenants where applicable
- Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s)
- Ensure smooth operations on site(s)
- Manage ad-hoc project(s)
- Facilitate incident investigation whenever necessary
- To be rostered on 24-hr mobile standby team after office hour
About you:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building / Facilities / Real Estate Management or equivalent or a Degree in Project and Facilities Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- A certified Fire Safety Manager would be advantageous
