Job Description:

• Conduct training on various treatment technique; theoretical and practical
• Conduct product knowledge training and treatment protocol
• Develop in-house skills assessment checklist; evaluating all therapists periodically
• Provide training to Staffs such as customer service sales skills, operation flow, SOP, grooming etc
• To perform role-playing with staff to ensure service standard is met
• Collaborating with marketing and retail operation team (to organise and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as Beauty workshops, seminars, and product launches) support new product launches and event
• To furnish the company with the latest marketing development and beauty information. Eg: competitors' activities and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the management team to monitor and evaluate staff's training needs.
• Other ad-hoc tasks required

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities

• Process taxi bookings, handle taxi related enquiries.
