RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling of incoming and outgoing shipments document & couriers,
• Arrange shipping documentation & custom declaration/clearance
• Liaise and coordinate to update customer, suppliers and freight forwarders on the delivery schedule
• Update data into ERP System Support day to day logistics operational tasks such as inward/outward shipments
• Arrange operation matters (transport/fumigation/packing/freight booking)
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedure
• Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations
• To execute and perform others work task assigned by the superior
• Miscellaneous administrative as needed

• Candidate must possess at least 'N' Level / 'O' Level / Vocational Certificate / NITEC / Higher NITEC / and/or equivalent, and any other relevant course of study..
• At least 0-1 Year of knowlege in Supply Chain and/or with relevant certification

As an intern at APOL, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a senior marketing executive to create and implement content. If selected, you will be conceptualizing and crafting social media posts and designing graphics for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Plan, produce and schedule posts for Social Media platforms utilising latest trends on social media platforms.
2. Craft social media posts and design graphics for various platforms including social media, email marketing and advertisements
3. You will be attached to senior marketing executive and videographer to brainstorm and execute creative content for the products and brand
4. Reach out to partners/influencers for collaborations
5. Manage and coordinate with internal & external partners on marketing campaigns including ad hocs projects

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications/Journalism or relevant
2. A keen eye for creative design, Creative in curating content
3. Strong storytelling ability, and advanced writing skills to prepare marketing materials, strategy and content decks
4. Willingness to learn and research about ongoing and upcoming trends
5. Experience in marketing or advertising is a plus but not mandatory
6. Experience in using Adobe tools such as photoshop, illustrator is a plus
7. Independent, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision

Job Description

A. Student Care

• Work with supervisor to support the daily operations of the centre, including both administrative and teaching duties
• Ensure a seamless customer care experience for both prospective and existing clientele from handling enquiries and collecting payments, to maintaining good relationships with existing clientele
• Work with supervisor to ensure the overall safety and effectiveness of the learning environment
• Prepare progress reports for assigned students on a termly basis

B. Holistic Enrichment

• Prepare materials and deliver enrichment lessons for students on designated days
• Work with supervisor to plan and facilitate special events and/or excursions during school holidays

C. Academic Teaching

• Deliver quality lessons for up to 3-4 assigned classes (in-house curriculum provided)
• Effectively utilise teaching materials to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment
• Mark and grade students’ assignments with value-added feedback

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Up-to-date with latest MOE syllabus
• 1-2 years of teaching experience
• Passion for teaching and nurturing students
