• Installation, repairing, configuration, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of consumer electronics like TVs, Computer Monitors and Laptops, Audio-Visual Equipment and Devices (e.g. projectors, TVs, screens) at workshop or project / customers’ sites.
• Maintenance of equipment and devices at project / customers’ sites.
• Delivery/collection of audio-visual equipment and devices or onsite repair
• Ensuring stock accuracy of equipment and devices at the store.
• Ensuring accuracy for work details in our system.
• Good communiction with customers
• Posses technical knowledge to diagnose and repair consumer electronics and home appliances
• Ability to use computer systems to support repair processes
• Responsible and good working attitude

Responsibilities:

• Prepare M&E shop drawings, section details, as-built drawings & submit on time
• Coordination drawings & BIM development
• Work closely with project teams on drawing amendments & updates
• Able to manage project model environment such as create family, template, view range, annotation and schedule for submission
• Attend BIM Coordination Meeting

Requirements:

• Min. NiTec/ Diploma/ Degree in Engineering
• Experience in ACMV drawings is advantageous
• Min. 2 years experience in Autocad and/or 2 years MEP Modelling experience in Revit
• Junior / Senior role will be considered accordingly based on your experiences.

1) Has experience in design elements and a good understanding of safety in design principles. Ensure technical quality reviews, including documentation in project record.

2) Identify and mitigate design-related risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project timelines and budgets.

3) Overseeing the entire design process, ensuring execellence in design quality, adherence to project timelines, and effective collaboration among team member.

4) Work closely with the executive teams, to understand and address design needs across the organization.
