• Manage full sets of accounts.

Job Summary:

This role involves leading a team of competent engineers, supervisors and skilled workers in tendering for projects, procuring materials, equipment and manpower, coordinating with stakeholders, installation of the ACMV system as well as conduct of testing and commissioning of the ACMV system.

Job Description:

1. Team Leadership:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of ACMV engineers, supervisors and skilled workers.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.

2. Stakeholders management:

• Coordinate with main contractor, MEP contractors as well as other trades subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, supervisors and skilled workers in executing their works according to technical specifications and drawings, as well as prevailing codes and regulations.
• Ensure smooth execution of works in timely manner to meet project schedule.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in air conditioning systems.

4. Budget Management:

• Manage the project budget in materials and manpower.
• Monitor expenses, analyze budget variances, and implement cost-savings measures.

5. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and customers.

6. Reporting:

• Provide updates to senior management on departmental performance and challenges.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and methodologies in air-conditioning repair and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in management and execution of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) works.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Certification of ACMV systems or related field is advantageous.

Electrical Engineer

Company background:

• An established Japanese MNC Construction company specializing within the field of ACMV / HVAC

Location: Central (AMK / YCK)

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm)

Remuneration Package:

• Basic up to S$ 5000

Job Responsibilities:

• Involve in managing / leading the electrical team.
• Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning, tender preparation/evaluations as part of the engineering project team.
• QA / QC documentation of engineering deliverables.
• Closely liaising with relevant clients, project managers, architects, and contractors.
• Resolve any technical problems faced during project design and/or construction stages.
• Testing & Commissioning of the ACMV Electrical Systems.
• Ensure the team follows all electrical codes and standards.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma or Degree in relevant Electrical Engineering discipline
• Preferably possess at least 5 years of Electrical experience within the Construction field associating with ACMVs
• Engineering design of commercial buildings, major infrastructure transportation projects and mixed-use developments
• Possess design experience and good understanding of ACMV / Electrical technical systems and procedures
• Possess knowledge on all cabling, loading and sizing calculations and equipment selections such as cable, generators, panels, etc.
• Develop, design through establishing, design briefs, design reports, calculations, schematics, schedules, specifications, concept, Preliminary, Detailed and Construction Engineering Designs
• Productions of drawings and developing models
• Site Experience, Testing & Commissioning Experience
• Having experience working with Infrastructure Projects would be an added advantage.
