Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Operations:

· Lead the planning and execution of special events, including live streaming, opening ceremonies, product launches, festive events, and other related activities.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and customize services accordingly.

· Manage logistics, manpower, and resources to ensure flawless event execution.

· Supervise and coordinate on-site event teams to guarantee smooth operations.

2. Educational Service Operations:

· Oversee the deployment of trainers to academic and enrichment centers for cognitive learning ability training for children.

· Work closely with educational partners to understand their requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality training services.

· Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance the efficiency of educational service delivery.

3. Quality Control

· Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in event execution and educational service delivery.

· Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

4. Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

· Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

5. Budget Management

· Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for special events and educational services.

· Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the event management or educational services industry.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of event management software and educational training methodologies is a plus

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Manage bank book through recording financial inflows and outflows for bank reconciliation and daily reporting and forecasting for payments and deductions
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skill
