This is a full time role for an Operation Manager located in Geylang Bahru. Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for conducting morning briefings, delegates duties to Team Leaders, and provides budget updates to the Finance Department. They oversee the preparation of monthly schedules, consolidate feedback from teams, families, and clients, and ensure quality control of standards, rituals, and customs. They improve operational systems and processes, review SOPs for efficiency, plan and review compensation actions, and enforce policies. They manage the welfare and health of operations staff, handle HR matters such as leave approval and overtime, oversee recruitment and interviews, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in patients and clinic enquiries
• Manage front desk patient registration, answer phone queries and emails
• Provide administrative support and scheduling appointments
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medication to patients
• Cashiering and process billing transactions under different government schemes and managed care programmes
• Assist Doctor with procedures whenever necessary
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
• Assist with other ad hoc duties assigned by Doctor

Requirements

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident
• Candidate must possess at least "O"/"N" Level or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare or clinic work environment.
• Proficient in English. Ability to speak Mandarin or dialect is a bonus as there are patients who do not speak English.
• Good knowledge and experience on claims submissions (eg. Third Party Administrator Portal, Insurance Provider Portal, Mediclaim Portal etc) will be an added advantage
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Responsible, well-organized and proactive
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Computer literacy
• Remuneration is based on per hour rate and will be adjusted based on experience and performance.
