Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with fire protection standards, regulations, and codes throughout project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, engineers, and field technicians.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and address any issues.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of challenges.
• Lead risk assessment and implement strategies to minimize project risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing fire protection or related construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and standards (e.g., NFPA, FM Global, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• CSCPM and Managing WAH certification is required.

Responsibilities:

• Installing wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists and stud work
• Installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation
• Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures
• Selecting lumber by size and strength to suit each job, sourcing wood to suit the customer’s budget and style
• Calculate the number of fasteners required for each job
• Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects and building code recommendations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience of using hand and power tools such as drills, chisels, sanders, saws and nail guns
• Joinery and cabinet making skills
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes to be adhered to
• Able to work for long hours period or night shift

• Localization and execution of global marketing projects, including ideation, and distribution through various channels
• Brainstorm and manage overall digital marketing strategy to drive lead acquisition and increase online presence
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI goals
• Liaise with digital media and identify opportunities for media coverage fit for the brands
• Develop angles for sustained coverage for branding and product launches
• Ensure that the adverts run accurately so that the desired media message is seen and heard by consumers
