Position Overview:

Job Description:

· Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

· Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and accounting principles.

· Experience in implementing financial systems and processes to support growth.

· Strong leadership and people management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the team
• Able to understand the site drawings and sketches in order to fully comprehend the requirements
• Able to measure and calculate the size and amount of material required
• Able to work in factory and designated sites
• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update the progress of the work
• A minimum of 7 years of experience working on public and private residences, government and commercial building projects is required
• Weekend & public holidays are required to work overtime
