• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients
• Assessing the site where the ceiling fan is to be installed to assess the space and determine the most appropriate location for the fan.
• Ensure that the ceiling is strong enough to support the weight of the fan, and by creating a suitable mounting location for the fan.
• Installing and assembling the ceiling fan, wiring it to the electrical system, and mounting it securely to the ceiling safely and efficiently
• Test the ceiling fan to ensure that it is functioning properly and that there are no electrical or mechanical issues
• Clean up the site after the installation is complete, including removing any debris or packaging materials
• Provide advice and guidance to the customer on how to use and maintain the fan, as well as answer any questions the customer may have about the installation process and the products
• Provide a comprehensive range of electrical services, including but not limited to pulling electrical wires, installing power switches, and any other electrical works tasks
• Provide false ceiling works with customisability to meet client-specific needs and requirements in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients
• Abiding by all transportations laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
• Other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Experienced in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of a ceiling fan is a bonus
• Handyman experience will be an advantage
• Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods
• Basic command of English, spoken and written.
• A driving license is required and able to drive 10 feet lorry/van
• A minimum of 1-year experience is preferred
• Comfortable with 6 days work week (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm

Primary duties and responsibilities:

· Providing administrative support to project account manager when

necessary

· Assist to keep work on schedule. Capable in creating timelines,

milestones, and deliverables to contribute to effective project

planning.

· Updating and organizing on the progress of action items and other

tasks and reporting to the project account manager

· General organisational tasks in order tracking, management, and

resolution

· Gathering client data to support project initiatives, assisting in the

preparation of project reports, if any

· facilitating communication & collaborating with (internal) cross-

functional teams & (external) the clients.

· Build relationships with customers. Assist on post/ pre-sales

consultative advice including mixture of technical and soft skills,

answering questions from clients, whether they come in via email,

phone, chat, when required.
