While your primary responsibility will be curriculum development, you will still be required to teach, albeit less frequently than the coaches, as your main focus will be Curriculum Design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Curriculum Design: Spearhead the development and refinement of educational materials by setting and revising questions that align with curriculum objectives.
• Collaborative Implementation: Work closely with educators to integrate innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Preparation of Coach Copies: Direct the preparation of Coach Copies with detailed solutions and streamline the presentation of complex concepts to foster a deeper understanding among students.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze student performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategic adjustments in curriculum design and delivery.
• Continuous Enhancement: Regularly assess and improve curriculum materials to cater to the diverse needs of learners.
• Educator Support: Provide training and ongoing support to teachers for effective curriculum delivery.
• Teaching Responsibilities: Conduct classes, ensuring that the curriculum is effectively delivered and that students are engaged and learning, though with a lesser teaching load compared to coaches.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong expertise in curriculum development and educational pedagogy.
• In-depth knowledge of the Primary and/or Secondary Math syllabus and curriculum.

About The Role

Project Summary
The Behavioural Insights Centre of Excellence in SUSS is seeking a qualified research executive to support the study of “Development and Validation of a Platform Worker Occupational Well-being Indicator Tool”. The approach to this project will be through interviews, and surveys. The intent of the project is to develop and validate an indicator tool for platform workers to measure their occupational well-being. The project is scheduled to run for one year.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee the general management and administration of the project (e.g., organise meetings, recording meeting minutes),
• Manage project timeline and ensure project milestones/ deliverables are met,
• Perform literature reviews,
• Assist with designing and conducting of qualitative and quantitative research tasks (e.g., interviews, surveys), and perform data processing and analysis tasks,
• Maintain related documentation of project, and management of tokens for respondents,
• Assist in procurement processes (e.g., purchase of tokens for focus group participants), and
• Contribute to development and writing of report.

Job Requirements

Qualification / Experience Required

• Have a bachelor’s degree or hold a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, Educational Psychology, Psychology)
• Have experience in independent social science research
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods is essential
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Be able to work collaboratively in a team
• Have good oral and written communication skills
