Responsibilities:

1. Flavor Creation: Develop new, innovative softserve ice cream/Gelato that excite and delight our customers. Experiment with ingredients and techniques to push the boundaries of ice cream creativity.
2. Taste Testing: Conduct rigorous taste tests on our existing and potential flavors. Provide detailed feedback on texture, flavor balance, and overall quality.
3. Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the ice cream industry, both locally and globally. Identify emerging flavor trends and incorporate them into our product offerings.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with our culinary team to bring your ice cream creations to life. Collaborate on recipe development, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring consistent quality.
5. Customer Engagement: Engage with our customers to understand their preferences, gather feedback, and incorporate their suggestions into our ice cream offerings.
6. Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in all our ice cream products. Monitor production processes to ensure the integrity of our flavors.

Coordinator Job Requirements:

. basic spoken and written English，Proficient in Chinese

. Ability to use Word、Excel、PowerPoint independently

. teamwork, interpersonal skill and a positive customer focused attitude

. Relevant travel experience will be an added advantage
