The Senior Executive, Leasing will engage actively with other Offices in NTU as well as student bodies in meeting the needs of the NTU community. 

Responsibilities:

• Identifying suitable potential tenants, reaching out to them to understand their space requirements and marketing suitable units to them.

• Performing lease management and administration, including new and existing leases for renewal.

• Participating in trade-mix planning for NTU campus and conducting site visits for interested tenants.

• Guiding tenants on new shop renovation or A&A works and the related applications with the relevant departments in NTU and ensuring that the tenants fulfil the agreed lease terms and conditions.

The researcher will mainly focus on novel designs and theorectical analysis on non-Hermiticity designs. He will also supervise the PhD and undergraduate students involved in this WP2. He/she will contribute to deliverables of fundamental knowledge and design and optimization of 1D non-Hermitian disordered photonic chip with improved transmission performance.

The research fellow will work on a project to conduct the research and coordination on Harnessing Randomness and Chaos in Complex Disordered Photonic Systems - Design of high-performance spectrometer and imaging systems by tailoring non-Hermiticity

He/She should possess a recognised Accountancy Degree or an equivalent professional qualification with 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience.

Strong communication and analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) are essential. Good working knowledge in computerised accounting systems is not required but will be an added advantage. The compensation package will commensurate with the qualification and experience of the successful candidate.
