Finance Manager Requirements:

· Degree in finance/accounting or related (essential).

· International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) accreditation (essential).

· 5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager (essential).

· Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

· Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

· Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

· Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software.

Full-time Kitchen Cook/Assistant

$2500- $3000/month

44 hours, 6 days a week

May increase pay based on performance and prior experience.

• Job Scope:
• Assist with daily kitchen operation;
• Preparation of food like portioning, cutting, packing, sauces to prepare for operation;
• Have to do light cooking;
• Arrange stocks and delivery;
• Basic tidying up of kitchen after service;

Experience in Western/Italian/Japanese cuisine preferred.
