Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to both retail and corporate sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop retail and corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

Team & Budget Management

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the teams.
• Develop and manage sales budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while maximizing ROI.

Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement

• Establish performance metrics and KPIs for sales teams.

• Continuously review and enhance sales processes and procedures to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Customer Relationship Management & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, after-sales service, dealers and BYD sales team to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts towards achieving organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in sales leadership roles within the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Python used both for ML and automation tasks

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP) would be an advantage.

Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Cancer Rehabilitation Services, you will be working in a community-based rehabilitation centre environment providing support to therapists and internal stakeholders to deliver therapy services to patients while ensuring the smooth logistical operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assists therapists in delivering their exercise treatment plan (individual or group setting).

· Provide assistance to therapist by preparing, instructing and assisting clients during rehabilitation and therapy sessions as they carry out their exercises or functional activities.

· Observe clients during therapy regimes to collect information on their status, progress, and provide results to therapist.

· Prepare client and set up equipment in a safe environment for therapy.

· Assist therapist in administrative and clinical duties.

· Assist therapist in maintenance and inventory of therapeutic equipment, devices, and housekeeping duties.

Key Requirements:

· Possess a minimum of GCE “N” level or equivalent, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or WSQ Cert in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support) or equivalent + 4 years’ experience and demonstrated competency

· Certificate in Therapy Assistant (HMI Institute – HMI Institute of Health Sciences)

or Nitec in Community Care and Social Service or experience in related job will be an advantage

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Job Description

The Singapore National Eye Centre/Singapore Eye Research Institute (SNEC/SERI), in collaboration with Nanyang Technological University (NTU), is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to take on a significant role in this exciting and rapidly developing research group.

You will be expected to perform, but not limited to:

• Perform data analysis, image processing and modelling on novel ocular imaging data;
• Compile data, summarize and interpret results of the analysis in reports and journal articles;
• Conduct research within SERI in line with its research strategy and under the direction and supervision of the Principal Investigators and Collaborators;
• Actively participate in these research projects in a team-based, cross-functional research environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline;
• Possess good programming and image processing skills (e.g. MATLAB, Python);
• Previous experience in medical image analysis and software development;
• Able to work independently, as well as in a team-based, cross-functional research team.
