You will collaborate and support the department in driving the strategy process for SingHealth, from strategy development to the design and implementation of strategic initiatives and alignment. You will provide corporate planning and performance management advisory to SingHealth departments and institutions. You will also provide secretariat support for key management meetings.

The role requires a working knowledge of a variety of technical processes within strategy and performance management as well as the ability to evaluate and modify approaches to meet stakeholder requirements. It will include development of work plans and performance management frameworks.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management Science, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in corporate planning or management reporting, preferably from a management consulting background
• Strong written, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and communication skills to interact with staff from all levels
• Resourceful and proactive individual who is able to work well independently and in a team

Job Description

As the Senior Executive, Digital Empowerment, you will be responsible for the following:

· Support the creation and management of roadmaps for digital initiatives, assisting in setting objectives, timelines, and success metrics to ensure alignment with the division's digital strategy and SingHealth's overarching goals.

· Assist in the coordination and support of cross-functional teams in ideation, conceptualisation, planning, and execution of digital projects with adoption of automation technologies such as RPA, chatbots, and M365.

· Actively support the identification and implementation of innovative digital solutions and technologies to address organisational challenges and improve operational efficiency.

· Play a key role in the upskilling and reskilling of employees, fostering the development of Citizen Developers.

· Contribute to the establishment and promotion of best practices for digital tools and technologies.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute to the development of annual plans and budgets for digital projects and supporting efficient management of budget portfolios and utilization.

· Provide support in overseeing and managing digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and digital tools, to ensure system service levels are met and to provide prompt support for any system-related issues that may arise.

· Stay informed about emerging technologies and healthcare challenges, contributing to the assessment of their viability and potential adoption.

Job Requirements

· Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

· At least 4 years of experience in the IT industry or related roles, with exposure to digital initiatives and projects.

· Proficient in areas such as cloud computing, voice/chatbots, robotic process automation (RPA), and/or Microsoft 365 technologies.

· Demonstrate ability to support project management activities and contribute effectively to project delivery.

The Responsibilities:

• Maintain cash flow forecasts to meet operational needs while maximizing returns on idle funds

• Monitoring and analyzing daily cash positions, preparing weekly cash reports, managing cash flows and forecasting short-term liquidity requirements across multiple entity structures.

• Manage intercompany transactions including structuring and documentation

• Monitoring loan and/or debt covenants to ensure compliance

• Foster strong relationships with existing banking partners to secure additional financing

• Facilitating bank onboarding, periodic reviews. Exploring strategic relationships with local and international banks.

• Collaborate with teams to align the budget with strategic goals, utilizing best practices for accurate financial planning

• Serving as the Treasury subject matter expert in providing advisory on funding arrangements and bank account structuring.

• Review cash flow forecast of foreign subsidiaries and consolidate a Group cashflow forecast report on a monthly basis and provide guidance to treasury teams of foreign subsidiaries

The Requirements:

• 8-10 years of treasury experience, ideally in a managerial role

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• CPA certification preferred.

• Experience in project/ construction cashflow preferred

• Proficiency in currency, capital markets, financial analysis, and cash flow forecasting

• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Effective leadership, communication and relationship building skills

• Flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones from time to time including South America and Middle East regions.
