Job Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of AR and ensure that company policies and accounting standards is in compliance
• Lead and manage AR Team
• Prepare and maintain accounting reports, documentation and filing
• Identify, resolve and follow up on discrepancies and outstanding matters arising from operations
• Issuance of invoices, credit note and statement of account
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and government regulatory board when necessary
• Perform admin duties including mail sorting, responding to emails, managing office supplies and pantry (rotational basis)

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Advanced Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage Accpac
• Candidate who is able to start work immediately or within short notice will be preferred
