Job Description

· Overall management of the warehouse to make sure the stocks are in order, accountable and stock amount is correct.

· Perform store activities that includes ordering, receiving, issuing, inventory counting, housekeeping, data entry and preparing reports

· Responsible for effective operation of all warehouse activities

· Requirements to follow the proper component handling procedures

· Move & deliver stocks around by provided trolleys

· Carry out inventory cycle count as and when required to

· Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory

Job Requirements:

· Min. 1-3 Years of experience as Warehouse Assistant

· Self-driven personality, attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

· Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities work.

· Physically fit

Class 3 Driving License will be an added advantage

Lynk Fragrances is looking for a passionate candidate in the field of scent and fragrance. You should be someone capable and interested in pro-active and reactive development of fragrance to answer the market’s needs.

Gains, defends, and revitalizes Lynk’s product standards by developing olfactive vision for brands/category (usually at local or regional level) and generating fragrance solutions.

Identify business opportunities (pro-actively) and executes relevant action plan, leads key development projects and proactive initiatives

In charge of Fragrance development evaluation and collection build up

Actively and regularly research experts’ panels across categories and recommends scent development parameters that can advance product standards

Constantly develops in-depth market product knowledge in other categories

Detects olfactive trends and needs for category (Marketing insight) and turns them into concrete fragrance solutions

Participates to category strategy definition and execution (across functions : CMS, applied research, MR, perfumers, sales)

Qualifications and skills
