• outgoing deliveries schedule ( SKUs and quantity , customers, loading & delivery timing )

2. Monitoring of daily on hand consolidated stock level and shelf-life vs projected sales offtake. Regularly update sales and procurement for any ageing and slow-moving items.

3. Tracking of manpower & equipment efficiency, production cycle time, output and wastages, and downtime.

4. Implement CAPA to address issues or shortfall stated in (3).

5. Planning and scheduling for all daily order fulfilment and operation activities which includes ( but not limited to ) receiving, packing, sorting , picking, and loading for deliveries, cleaning & maintenance works.

Requirement:

• Diploma, preferably with 2-3 years’ working experience in planning.
• Good planning and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work well with staff from all levels.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
