Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Validation

• Conduct high-level market sizing and competitor analysis.
• Gather insights from customer interviews, surveys, and industry reports.
• Assist in refining problem statements, value propositions, and product positioning.

Marketing Strategy & Content Creation

• Contribute to the creation of the go-to-market plan, identifying target segments and channels.
• Draft marketing materials including blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Collaborate on content calendars and schedule postings across relevant platforms.

Branding & Messaging Support

• Help maintain brand consistency in all collateral (logos, style guides, messaging).
• Brainstorm and test different product messaging approaches based on user feedback.

Campaign Execution & Analysis

• Set up and manage initial digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Facebook).
• Track key metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversions) to measure campaign performance.
• Compile and interpret analytics to suggest improvements and pivots in strategy.

Stakeholder Communication

• Prepare presentations or reports summarizing research findings and campaign outcomes.
• Participate in regular planning and update meetings with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and leadership).
• Aid in aligning marketing objectives with broader company goals.

Operational & Project Support:

• Assist in coordinating beta programs and user onboarding workflows.
• Help maintain project management tools (Jira, Trello) to ensure tasks and milestones are on track.
• Provide input on budgeting and forecasting for marketing activities, and track spending.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Interest in SaaS, B2B technology, or enterprise solutions (familiarity with IBM TM1 or Power BI is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of market research methods, digital marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable with juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Provide support for all answering
• Update pest control services report (weekly) and mosquito breeding report (monthly)
• Order stationeries and pantry supplies and gifts (for occasions)
• In charge of the maintenance of the copier machines and order toners when required
• Maintain record of Company Vehicles and apply Shell card for new vehicles, vehicles auditing
• Apply for PUB for water and electricity supply for office, town council and public toilets and accommodation of foreign workers and season parking for lorries

Job Requirement

• With a relevant admin/HR qualification.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution phase of grant and industry projects, including monitoring project milestones, risks, costs, and schedules.
• Collaborate with various functions within the organization to resolve roadblocks and ensure the programme and projects deliver key outcomes within the allocated time and budget.
• Update and maintain the internal research project database, and external engagement tracking.
• Support the Quantum Programme Office (QPO) in managing and ensuring proper and updated records of project variations, grant proposals, publications, patents, and technology disclosures.
• Administer overseas travel arrangements, including checking travel plans, budgets, and ensuring proper documentation and approval in compliance with existing policies.
• Assist the team in organizing technology road-mapping and scientific workshops/symposiums.
• Assist the QPO team in day-to-day operations and administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerBI preferred.
