Job Description

Main Responsibilities

-Report to the Head Wok Chef

-Assist the Kitchen staff to do basic food preparation

-Ensure the Kitchen section have everything they need and be responsible for cleaning the kitchen

-Assist in managing cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area

-Use initiative and work in a team

-Assist in bi-monthly stock take

-Adhere to hygiene and safety standards

-Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures

-Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

-Relevant working experience would be an added advantage

-Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards

-Able to carry out tasks quickly and competently

-Able to follow instructions

- Incharge of telephone answering and enquiries

- Attend to walk in customer, in order to close sales transactions

- Maid counseling

- Form preparation, fill in and filing documentation

- Data scanning and updating

- Work permit application processing

- Must have good manners while attending all kind of our customers

- Must be punctual when working days

- Willing to accept any other duties assigned by the company
