• Responsible for APAC financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions
• Developing efficiencies and process improvements within APAC teams’ work streams

Accountabilities

1. SEA accounting and finance functions

• Responsible for effective accounting operations and governance;
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closing to ensure all financial and management reporting deadlines are met;
• Provide senior management with budgets and periodic forecasts, including bookings, sales, margins, SG&A, EBITDA and working capital;
• Run annual budgets and forecasts, including the roll-out of regular re-forecasting cycles and processes;
• Developing, coordinating, and reporting budgets and forecasts for individual departments;
• Operating performance for the upcoming month, quarter and year;
• Leading, training and guiding finance team to achieve company goals; and
• Ensure adequate and effective internal control systems are in place and in compliance with SOX requirements, and to properly safeguard company assets

2. Financial planning and analysis

• Developing efficiencies and process improvements within the team’s work streams;
• Partnering with departmental leaders to determine and support financial analysis needs;
• Managing financial aspects of projects by determining key drivers, driving the right set of analyses and presenting the conclusions;
• Monthly reporting and variance analysis, including backlogs and bookships;
• Product margins and performance (also Business Unit performance);
• Customer margins and performance;
• Regional margins and performance;
• Prepare ad-hoc management financial reports as required;
• Prepare management reporting packs in a timely and clear fashion, with risks and opportunities readily identified; and
• Support APAC VP Finance on ad-hoc tasks as required.

3. Legal, Health and Safety

• Liaise and co-operate with company management with regards to the current health and safety legislation and obligations within the location and area where you performing your duties.
• Manage the office pandemic measures to ensure hygiene is in place including registration of who is in the office.
• Liaise and co-operate with insurance company with regards to the current and required insurance for the compliance

Requirements

• Accounting or finance degree preferred
• CA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent preferred
• 10+ years of post qualification experience with more than 3 years in FP&A function and at least 5 years’ of managerial experience in leading finance teams, preferred
• Desire to get into the details and drive financial excellence
• Strong presentation skills to present to high level stakeholders
• FP&A experience gained within established MNCs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and deadline driven
• Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast and periodic business reviews

Job Description:

1. Main contact window for customer's Supplier Quality Engineering.
2. Quality function/excursion handling, include cross function communication to analyze issue, root cause findings & provide solution to resolve the issues.
3. Visit customer's site to re-judge defect panels and communicate with Taiwan HQ team for FA reprt.
4. Lead and initiate the cross function communication to achieve customer's requirement.

Main Responsibilities

-Assist Supervisors and Managers in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant

-Ensure customers have a pleasant and memorable dining experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide home personal caregiving service to patients
• Attend to patients' needs in their daily living activities such as showering, diaper changing and light housekeeping

• Escort patients to their medical appointments
