RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEC and SOX Manager to join our finance team. The SEC and SOX Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, and other financial reporting standards. Supervise subcontractors’ works to ensure timely completion and adhere to various standards

Liaise with clients, senior engineers in preparation for site work and plan schedules

Keep Project Manager well informed of status of project and coordinate communications between various departments

Liaise with the design specialists on drawings, amendment and re-submission to clients

Assist in conducting site measurement and inspections

Communicate with subcontractors and other suppliers

Monitor the delivery schedule of equipment/material to site

Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.

Prepare and submit project documents

Attend site and office meetings and prepare progress reports

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent

Fresh Graduates welcome

Keen to learn, possess positive attitude and able to work independently

Competent in MS Excel and Words

Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 1pm

Required to work on construction sites
