RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. Liaise closely with the Pool partners, Fleet Technical Managers, Commercial, Bunker, Claims and Controls teams to identify opportunities within operations for effective fleet performance monitoring and management. Influence the fleet operations team and other associated stakeholders in aligning with the vessel performance management goals and objectives in optimizing TCE. Assist in developing KPI, scorecards, workflow charts, and process maps for the operations team with regard to vessel's operational performance.

• Responsible for daily vessel operations, including issuance of voyage instructions, planning, optimizing and managing voyage bunkers, appoint agents, optimize voyage PnL taking into account speed and tank cleaning instructions.
• Ensure that all financial requirements, funding and invoicing for each voyage are promptly arranged and correctly disbursed
• Process and ensure compliance with relevant charter party requirements and company procedures, relevant voyage or time charter operational information between vessels, brokers, charterers and agents
• Maintain account of bunkers on board and plan for optimized uptake for spot market ships
• Monitor and record all details of voyage performance including off-hire, stoppages and delays within the vessel voyage performance report system, including trends / gap analysis
• Identify opportunities within operational practices which influence performance of vessels
• Arrange all routine invoicing and funding for voyage costs, including agency appointments, non- compulsory pilotage and surveyors' attendance
• Check and advise as necessary relevant voyage, cargo and port documentation required by principals for raising demurrage and off-hire claims
• Maintain and manage all department / fleet operational records, files and databases as per departmental procedures and documentation system
• Render pre-fixture support to commercial department concerning any vessel information requirements, questionnaires, certification and scheduling

The candidate is responsible for the end-to-end testing activities of an integrated e-payment system. The primary responsibilities would include carrying out the activities in the testing lifecycle including the test

Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Logistics

Role Purpose:

• Responsible for planning, preparation and execution of Maintenance Work Orders. The Maintenance Work Orders include the repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of the ASRS System, so as to achieve a safe and smooth logistics operations
• Ensure the ASRS system is operational (at least 99.0% uptime)
• Ensure the automatic guided vehicles (AGV) and Logistics Operations equipment are maintained as per schedule, in good working condition and available for use

Major Responsibilities:

Maintenance Management

• Execute Preventive Maintenance/ Inspection, Planned/Unplanned Repair as per scheduled/planned and approved by Section Manager
• Ensure all documentation is done for each Work Order carried out
• Provide system support for logistics operations
• Liaise with the Control Centre and Operational Team on maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of maintenance works with no disruption to logistics operations
• Analyze and correct minor errors encountered together with Operational Team Leader and major errors encountered with assistance from Witron Helpdesk
• Diagnose and correct technical errors encountered within the shortest possible time
• Analyze and correct operative errors together with Operational Team Leader
• Coordinate with OEM and servicing/repair vendors and internal departments like IT and Facilities Management on maintenance, calibration, modification, servicing and repair of equipment, appliances and facilities
• Participate in daily change shift meeting for handover and takeover of ASRS system support
• Escalate to Operational Team Leader, Manager and the Control Centre for any system downtime
• Review corrective and prevention actions for system abnormalities

Spare Part Management

• Ensure spare parts are replenished to maximum quantity, booked in upon receipt, picked accordingly and correctly for repair works
• Perform monthly spare part inventory check

Health & Safety Management

• Carry out good 5S practices in Work Area and on Tools & Equipment
• Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE), tools and equipment, and Fire Shutter Doors are inspected accordingly
• Ensure consumables Items are replenished accordingly

Training

• Be able to perform and train other team members on how to perform ASRS Basic Error Recovery
• Be able to work on and train other team members on electrical and mechanical systems, components and parts

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Electronics, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
• Familiar with schematic drawings, wiring diagrams and electrical symbols and requirements
• Familiar with electrical/mechanical drive technology (i.e. motors and gears) and control technology (i.e. Controls/inverter)

Looking for responsible hardworking clinic assistant. Part-time or full-time. Training provided. Ability to speak mandarin and dialets is an advantage. Responsibilities include registering patients, dispensing medicine, communicating meaningful information with patients.
