Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised one-on-one consultations with clients, addressing skincare concerns and recommending tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on the science behind skincare products, their benefits, and proper application techniques.
• Plan out each client’s skincare and makeup journey
• Handle customer objections and convert opportunities to an extended journey with client
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support program launches and promotional events.
• Stay current with industry trends, product innovations, and advancements in dermatology.
• Create skincare database in BeFound’s skincare library

Qualifications:

• Deep interest in skincare products, ingredients
• Fast learner medical terms and dermatological treatment
• A degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field is highly preferred.
• Passion for skincare with a curiosity about product ingredients and formulation.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience in teaching, training, or public speaking is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in the education space (early childhood…) is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Administration & Operations

• Responsible to ESH Lead and Director, Adult & Elderly Services in all matters pertaining to the administration and programme planning of ESH On-site services.
• Recommend policies and practices for the efficient and effective operation and management of services and assist ESH, Lead and Director in implementing those policies and practices.
• Responsible for achieving key performance indicators in the client reach, outcomes and impact, providing progress reports and assisting in data analysis for planning and reporting purposes.

Service Development and Sustainability

• Supervise the programme planning and delivery which includes developing/implementing service elements that are evidence-informed and clinical relevance for clients and families.
• Oversee the enrolment of clients into the on-site services.
• Develop and manage the multidisciplinary team ensuring efficient use of staff and volunteers.
• Responsible for ground sensing to find out the needs of the clients/caregivers in the area (working closely with the Outreach Services Team) and which programmes to prioritise.

Networking & Professional Matters

• Responsible for outreach to referral agencies, community organisations and any other relevant agencies.
• Participate in events organised or supported by SPD and assist the organisation in developing strong networks with other Social Service Agencies (SSA), community organizations and funding bodies like MSF, SSOs, PA, NCSS, SG Enable.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary professional team including social workers, therapists and instructors and work with caregivers/clients to offer services to the clients.
• Responsible for the booking of facilities within the CC and working with community partners to plan for social inclusion activities.

Other Duties

• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

B) JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT

• A degree in any discipline related to social sciences or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in managing programmes for people with disabilities
• Analytical, flexible, resilient and ability to see different perspectives and draw connectivity
• Confident as an independent project/team lead who can foster good teamwork
• Able to work in the evenings, Saturdays and/or Sundays
