Responsibilities:

• Working with Process Engineer & Engineering team on QC requirement
• Documenting inspection criteria and quality plan
• Work with QA, Process and Product team on corrective action with quality issue
• Work with Process team on in-process audit and FQC audit

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing /Quality Engineering
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in electronics product manufacturing environment
• Control of Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)
• Quality control of in-coming, in-process and out-going products
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & 45001, FDA requirement
• Able to understand IPC requirement in PCB Assembly, quality requirement of plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping and machining parts

Job Description & Requirements

Reporting to the Area/Operations Manager, you are responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.

• Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
• Plan and analyse restaurant sales levels and profitability
• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week
• Create and execute plans for staff development
• Accountable for labour and F&B costing matters, including inventory control and conducting bi-monthly stock
• Handle staff disciplinary issues, conducting performance reviews and confirmation of staff
• Provide effective leadership to the F&B team to ensure targets are met
• Constantly review, evaluate operations/procedures and suggest improvements to the management
• Coordinate the entire operations of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
• Perform banking duties
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
• Ensure strict compliance by all service and kitchen staff to Company’s standard operating procedures
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a managerial capacity in established hotpot-concept restaurants
• Have good product knowledge on food items
• F&B cost/inventory management skills would be an added advantage
• Basic PC-literacy
• Strong command of both Mandarin & English in order to communicate and introduce menu items to customers
• Excellent organizational skills , interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong public relations skills

• Capable of delivering profits, costs control and building of customer loyalty

Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Receive and verify cash bags collected by couriers, ensuring quantities match Trust Receipts. Sort, pack, and seal cash bags for delivery to designated banks.
Issue and maintain manifests and Trust Receipts. Coordinate with couriers for bank deposits.
Manage cash float exchange, including packing, receiving, and banking.
Generate detailed reports on all cash transactions, including bags received and issued.
Maintain accurate records of float funds and conduct regular stock counts.

Inventory Management: Assist in issuing consumables to customers.
Record and track the quantity of consumables in and out of the vault.
Participate in periodic stocktaking of cash and consumables.

Security and Compliance: Adhere to strict security protocols and procedures to safeguard valuable assets. Maintain a secure and controlled environment within the vault. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
