Responsibilities:

• ELV System Installation: Supervise and coordinate the installation of low-voltage systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, fire alarm systems, intercoms, public address systems, data networks, and home automation systems.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team, ensuring that all ELV systems are installed correctly and in accordance with industry standards.

• Client Interaction: Interact with clients and project stakeholders to provide updates on ELV system progress and address any client concerns or queries.
• Training: Provide training to end-users and maintenance personnel on how to operate and maintain ELV systems effectively.
• Compliance: Ensure that all ELV installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Job Description

• Be part of the Security Development team to build innovative Security solutions for Homeland Security, Smart Cities and Critical Infrastructures.
• Be responsible for the technical/solution designs, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the product/functional specification of the solution.

Requirement :

Network Administration Shall administer the network equipment, either on-site or remotely, which shall minimally include the following:

(a) Checking the logs of the network equipment and network links every morning to ensure no abnormal activities;

• Oversee the day to day sales efforts of the Leisure sales team with specific responsibilities for the development and implementation of successful solicitation strategies for all ravel trade accounts, including offline wholesalers and travel agency networks, cruise companies and approved tour operator
• Manages the Singapore hotels annual contracting process for travel trade accounts, including working with Revenue Optimization teams on pricing strategies to appropriately position the hotels.
• Implements all sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio in order to solicit and drive transient and leisure group leads to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
• Proactively partners with BD and BC team colleagues to source new business from within each assigned market and market segment, generating viable enquiries and converting business always with a view to maximize revenue for the hotels.
• Assist with and attends in-house marketing activities, familiarization trips, client hospitality evenings, presentations, site inspections and other promotional activities.
• Carries out sales trips and attends trade shows as required both domestically and internationally.

• Assist in the execution of the main and sub contracts

Responsibilities:
