Job Description

1. To drop off/ pick up staff from one point to another (court/ office/ other destinations);
2. To ensure the company’s car is always kept clean and tidy;
3. To send the company’s car for servicing/ maintenance whenever necessary;
4. To keep proper record of mileage/ petrol/ cash card/ transport booking/ serving/ delivering/ filing of legal documents;
5. To deliver/ collect legal documents to offices;
6. To locate individuals to be served;
7. To assist Lawyers in filing court papers as and when tasked to;
8. To post letters daily for ARLC;
9. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the managing directors/ managers;
10. Ensure Data are kept confidential and proper;
11. Ensuring the general keep-up of the office premises;
12. Such other matter incidental to any of the above as may be requested by the Firm from time to time;
13. You are also required to comply with all the rules and regulations as laid down by the Firm from time to time.

Your Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen in ADMIS Singapore Pte Ltd. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the role will go through 3 different rotations within / across ADMIS Singapore for a start. It will ultimately be involved in the acquisition and building of a strong network of clients, with the focus on APAC. The scope includes

• Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients for client retention and revenue growth
• Provide excellent customer service and attend to enquiries in a prompt manner
• Achieve assigned sales target
• Develop strategy and identify opportunities to grow sales
• Perform other duties as deemed appropriate and assigned by management.

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree, preferably in an Economics, Finance , Business or related discipline
• At least 1 – 3 years’ experience in the finanical industry and a good knowledge of the Futures industry and its commodity products
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and self-motivated with a strong drive for success and continuous improvement
• Strong Team Player with excellent communication skills, good with people

• Estimating quantity as per Approved for Construction drawings based on actual onsite change in quantity as per site conditions.

• Evaluations of Site Instruction with Planned cost in comparison to original approved contract scope of work and identify difference in scope of works and subsequently finalize the site instruction with Planned cost and submit to through by Cost control and get approval by Company.
• Ensure that the subcontractor submits a new price If activity is not included in original scope of works and subsequently process the new price for evaluation and approval from management.

Job Description

• Serve as the single-point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Perform monthly/quarterly business progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Identify and maintain customer reference ability within the assigned account list.
