The Company

The Position

Working closely and reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accountant will be in charge of the financial accounting and statutory reporting for the group, subsidiaries, branches and joint venture companies. Job Description

• To lead and manage the fire protection team.
• To provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
• To develop & implement fire protection strategies, standards, and policies in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• To collaborate with other departments and contractors to develop fire protection plans that meet project requirements.
• To ensure that all fire protection systems within the facilities are in good working condition and perform regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• To develop & implement fire safety training programs for facility staff and workers.
• To stay current with developments in fire protection systems, codes and standards and ensure that the team is up-to-date on best practices
• To liaise with regulatory bodies, fire departments, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations
• To provide technical support to project teams, contractors and other stakeholders as required.
• To oversee the installation, repair and maintenance of fire protection systems.
• To develop and monitor budgets and provide regular reports to the Manager of Facilities Management.
• To ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
• To liaise & coordinate with the clients.
• To attend meetings when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fire protection or facilities management OR
• Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fire protection or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, principles, codes and standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

As a Senior Fashion Designer, you love designing all times and think out of the box some time so to push the collection to new fronts. You will be designing across different categories from clothing to accessories. You are disciplined and organised to managing timeline and team and you are able to think both creatively and makes business senses. You are able to spot trends and display business acumen in your ability to apply product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Collection Management from Planning Collection, Sales, Trends, Brand and Timing
• Pull together collection that reflects the business sales target needs
• Run through the target and work on proposal collection
• Housekeeping of samples, digital files
• Identify trends and needs for our target customers
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
• Manage design process from conception through to final styling
• Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts
• Sourcing of fabrics and trims to boarden ranges and improve quality
• Review product for style and fit during presentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or related field
• 4-5 years design experience
• Self starter with strong ownership
• Proficient with design software
• Excellent design and conceptual skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to run with projects and meet multiple deadlines

Job Description

• Create a warm and positive experience for the hotel guests by attending to their needs and requests
• Generate daily reports to reconcile between guests’ bookings with reservation correspondences and alert the Reservations team to follow up on any discrepancies
• Co-ordinate guest room status updates with Housekeeping team by informing the Housekeeping Supervisor on duty on any requests for early check-ins, late check-outs, special requests or VIP pre-assigned rooms
• Handle lost and found property and items in accordance with the Hotel’s procedures
• Verify the accuracy of cash float before commencement and completion of every shift
• Assist in all official events and functions of the Centre

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels with good spoken English
• No prior experience is required, training will be provided
• Well-groomed and service-oriented with a passion to serve
• Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Candidates with more experiences may be considered for Senior role.
