The Orchestra Librarian / Assistant Orchestra Librarian works in the Orchestra Library and is responsible for the procurement, preparation, and upkeep of music materials – printed sheet music in both hard copies and digital files – required by the various musical groups of the Singapore Symphony Group (SSG). Job Description:

Warehouse Operation:

• Execute the receipt and issuance of raw materials, intermediate, finished goods, and packaging materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Organize the storage of materials in designated warehouse areas.
• Perform loading and shipment for both regular and ad-hoc shipments adhering to SOPs.
• Prepare comprehensive shipment documentation and ensure completeness.
• Conduct sampling and subdivision of materials for incoming items and internal reprocessing.
• Accurately and promptly execute transactions in the SAP system for inbound, internal movement, and outbound processes.
