• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years relevant site experience in the supervision of building M&E Services.

Requirements:

• Qualified audit partner, able to sign audit report.
• Strong technical knowledge and competent to handle all auditing areas and Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS), relevant statutory rules and good understanding in the regulatory compliance and procedure.
• Oversee and manage all stages of the audit process, including planning, risk assessment and execution.
• Provide professional development trainings and manage the team performance.

As part of Raffles Hotel Singapore’s Leadership Development Programme, the Food and Beverage Management Trainee will gain practical experience and knowledge through a structured 18-months programme. The programme will involve a rotation across various restaurant concepts and supporting departments, which will be customised based on operations’ and trainee’s expectations and requirements. ARC Tier 1 is required to work in a secure ARC environment. ARC is a type of call center that specializes

in providing technical support or customer service for complex products or services. An ARC typically

employs highly trained and specialized agents who are knowledgeable about the product or service being

Your day-to-day

• Perform all routine preventative maintenance and curative maintenance
• Order and monitor fuels, lubricants and repair parts
• Maintain clean and tidy plant rooms
• Maintain a level of broader knowledge which enables you to handle minor problems in all fields of the department
• Attend to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises, including any new additions /extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the Hotel
