Electrical & Electronic Engineer (Robotic)

Responsibilities:

· Design and develop appropriate electrical architecture and modules

for cutting-edge robotic systems

· Perform electronics system integration, testing, and assembly of the

system at the module and system level

· Troubleshoot electrical equipment failures and recommend solutions

to avoid recurring issues

· Supervise, direct, and train technicians to install, maintain, or repair

electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

· Prepare technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, or

schematic diagrams to ensure that installation and operations

conform to standards and production requirements.

· Prepare Electrical and instrumentation (E & I) performance reports

and evaluate technical proposals if requested

· Prepare specifications for the purchase of E&I materials or equipment

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in electronic and electrical engineering with a

minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

· Passionate about engineering design and development, particularly in

the field of robotics.

· Good analytical skills to generate solutions and alternatives during

system integration and testing.

· Lead and manage a team of Senior Property Officers, Property Officers & Technicians in the day-to-day estate management operations

· Responsible for all estate management matters for the Division in charge

· Involve in all aspects of estate matters, such as routine building maintenance works, cyclical maintenance works, improvement works, conservancy and horticulture, use and control of the common property, etc.

· Assist other departments in all related estate matters, including arrears management, etc.

· Involved in Division level budgeting, preparation of Tenders/Quotations, evaluating Tenders/Quotations for estate related works

· Handle, prepare paper documentation and reports related to daily estate management operations

· Verify admin and paper documentation prepared by Property Officers (team)

· Manage and handle all contractors

· Liaise with all external authorities in estate matters relating to the division

· Attend related meetings as tasked coordinate among divisional managers on works/projects as assigned

. Develop and fine tune procedures that adheres to prevailing practice standards

. Implement compliance review program by performing compliance review on operations to identify any compliance gaps and recommend necessary changes

. Provide ongoing advisory to stakeholders on compliance requirements

· Attend to feedbacks/request from residents and other authorities

· Any other duties as prescribed by HOD/Management

The Healthcare Assistant support and assist the Staff Nurses and Enrolled Nurses in the delivery of nursing care to clients and help to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable Senior Care Centre environment for them.

• Participate in activities to improve the quality of care.
• Attend to clients’ needs and report their needs to the nurses.
• Ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of the residents.
• Assist in the transfer and positioning of non-ambulant residents.
• Assist in the conduct of daily exercises for the residents.
• Assist in serving meals and drinks, and feeding patient
• Escort patients to and fro between their homes and the Senior Care Centre.
• Alert Centre Manager of emergency situations immediately.

Job Requirements

• WSQ in Healthcare or equivalent qualification will be an advantage
• Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations

1. Receiving of goods from all local suppliers

3. Unloading goods from supplier vehicle when necessary
4. Cross-docking of goods for Pending delivery order that is incomplete
5. Assemble items to complete set when necessary
6. Picking the items & goods based on order list
7. Do quantity and quality check on goods before deliver to customer side.
8. Uploading goods for delivery when necessary
9. Packing for delivery
10. Any other tasks as and when assigned by Operations Manager, Logistics Manager and supervisors
