2. More than 3 years of experience in a Bio-Life science environment. GMP experience is advantageous.
3. Working understanding of GLP-Lab/GMP Operations, QC, QA, Process Development, Supply Chain, and related functions such as Facilities/Engineering.
4. Strong knowledge and understanding of Quality System functions, manufacturing/packaging processes, validation, engineering drawings, and basic statistical processes.
5. Involvement in setting up a New Site and/or Project Management is an added advantage.
6. Motivated self-starter, capable of influencing change in an ambiguous environment.
7. Matured, able to work in fast phase and high-pressure environment.
8. Good technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
9. Able to speak, read, and write Chinese.

- Maintain a good relationship with existing China Suppliers and quality control on our product imports

- To ensure all documentation & goods delivery to us on time

- To carry-out & maintain a good management system between China and Singapore operations

- To implement new advance equipment/machinery to help bring our company technologically

forward in anticipation of new business opportunities.

- To explore & develop our business overseas especially China in due course

• Manage and service assigned customer accounts locally and overseas.
• Develop an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
• Assist customer to select/qualify the appropriate products based on their requirement.
• Establish good customer relations, farm and to improve business performance
• Support customers' orders and claims with internal admin operation.
