Job Responsibilities:

• Has overall shift responsibilities and is accountable for the smooth running of the restaurant
• Responsible for the profitability of the outlet, staff management, product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards and execution of promotions in outlet
• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain the highest standard of service quality
• Ensure all cost expenses are well managed
• Responsible in recruitment, development and retention of staff in the outlet and take appropriate measures in furtherance of staff stability.
• Involve, prepare pre-service meeting/roll call for staff
• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements
• Enforce hygiene regulations and upkeep restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Responsible for the submission in a timely manner, all reports, schedules etc to the Operations Manager and HQ
• Attend all meetings and training programs when required
• Provide feedback/recommendations on staff schedule, attendance, timeliness, complaints and innovations or any exceptional occurrences
• Ensure reservations are properly taken and tables assigned such that it will not overload individual station of the outlet while still respecting the wishes of the customers
• Overseas posting/attachment may be required

Job Description:

• Oversees the architectural elements of a project, including its design and feasibility.
• Meeting, work closely with clients to understand the requirements of projects.
• Develop project plans and budgets for projects including architectural drawings, specifications, estimates, cost reports, schedule, material documents, and specification lists for client approval.
• Visiting the site regularly to ensure construction adheres to state regulations.
• Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
• Creating progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on daily updates and weekly reports on the work progress and issues on site, including necessary checklist and documentations.
• Coordinate, preparation of tender, evaluation, recommendation, and award processes.
• Maintain proper records of all site files on project correspondences, documents and drawings for easy retrieval and reference.
• Prepare and update the list of outstanding / non-compliance works for submission to the Architect / Management for discussion during site meetings on regular basis.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the requirements of the client, with the design team working to the correct specifications and delivering a high quality and timely product to the client.
• Adaptable and problem solving, managing internal and external stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track.
• Conducting a final inspection after the project is complete.

Jobs Requirement:

• Min Bachelor or Master’s degree in architecture, design, or similar.
• 3-5 Years Experience Preferred.
• Have Local Project experience Preferred.
• State architecture certification.
• Portfolio of completed projects ( hospitality & commercial work experience preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs.
• Advanced project-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders daily.
• Software Knowledge: AUTOCAD, RHINO, RENT, MICROSOFT OFFICE, ADOBE SUITE.
