Role:

• Develop a berthing plan prior to vessel arrival and disseminate orders to all relevant parties.
• Collaborate with the captain to resolve any issues that may arise during cargo loading or discharge at the port.
• Execute inward/outward procedures with relevant authorities for our ships in compliance with regulations.
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays if necessary, remotely or on board vessels only at anchorages or Jurong Port, with compensatory time off provided.

Requirements:

• Holds a degree in a related field such as Maritime, Shipping, Logistics, or Foreign Trade.
• Proficient communicator.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and works well in a team.

• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Authorities for management of the project
• Must have the experience in Diaphragm wall and pilling
• Perform Civil/Structure engineering design works
• Responsible for on-site technical / engineering / administrative matters
• Involve in project planning, implementation, and close monitoring of projects
• Determine best materials and methods with Professional Engineers
• Liaise with Architects on design and safety of the structure
• Analysis of structural components with engineering software
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and computer models of the structure
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Engineer

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of LTA experience required
• Required Skill(s): Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with all levels of people
• Relevant experience in the design of Buildings, Civil and Infrastructure works
• Preferably with project site co-ordination experience
• Knowledge of engineering software and MS Office

1. Assist in handling day-to-day Accounts function, eg, Preparing of Tax invoices /Delivery Order /Credit Note etc.

2. Submission of E-invoice at customer portal, follow up discrepancies if any

3. Generating Weekly Sales Report and Monthly Write-Off Report

4. Administrative duties, such as filing, answering phone, ordering stationery, arranging courier service/mail

5. Other ad-hoc duties when required

Work schedule

Full Time: 44 hours per week, day shift office hour (Mon to Fri, alternate Sat full day)

Part Time: at least 3 fixed days per week

As a Community Care Associate, you will work with a team of Healthcare Assistants & Nursing Aides in assisting the elderly with their daily needs:

1) Basic nursing care:

• Monitor vital signs
• Prepare meals, milk / drinks
• Meal feeding / NGT feeding
• Assist to feed oral medicine
• Shower/ Bed sponging
• Personal Hygiene
• Bed-making (arranging bedsheets)
• Changing diaper/assist toileting
• Transferring / positioning

2) Conduct activities and basic exercise

3) Assist physiotherapist / occupational therapy with rehabilitation program

4) Accompany / Escort elderly for medical / social appointment and outing

• Setting up cranes and operating them
• Moving material around site according to a plan or schedule
• Monitoring crane stability and load weights
• Working with a banksman to ensure site safety
• Making minor repairs to machinery

• Keeping records of the materials you’ve moved
• Ensuring that travel routes are clear
• Working on-site, in noisy conditions.
• Must be trained in the following crane certification recognized by local regulatory (Crawler crane)
• Previous experience as a crawler crane operator would be preferrable.
• Ability to lift heavy loads, work in heights
• Able to interpret general lifting plan
• Able to work at heights and under outdoor conditions
