Architectural Engineer

Requirements:

• Diploma or university graduate or above, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject., has theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building material, construction, interior design and decoration.
• Project management, lead all local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and inspection of all projects. Submit a review analysis report to the board for each project after completion. Overseas experience is a must.
• Communication and management of external related parties, liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
• Create and explain design concepts of designing exterior and interior furnishings.

· Design detailed illustration of door and window two or four sides option and cutting list; Aluminum and glass partition cutting list, casement door and window accessories etc.

• Able to produce 2D plans layout, elevations and sections drawings in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

· Excellent team management, set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.

· Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure the schedule is on schedule, maintain quality standards, ensure proper site management, and urge to solve technical problems in a timely manner.

[Application Lifecycle Management]

• Establish, implement and improve the mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all activities of application lifecyle and team member’s performance
• Identify opportunities for improvement on application lifecycle activities (development, performance, testing, configuration management, deployment, maintenance, retirement) through optimization & refactoring (design, code), process improvement, toolset adoption
• Providing application administrative support (installation, configuration, deployment, testing, training, monitoring) across applications as needed
• Build the process related to quality, data protection, and security standards; ensure the software development process follow operation standard as a foundation of robust product scalability.

[Project Management]

• Balance competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources and risks in order to accommodate the needs of each customer
• Address the various needs, concerns, expectations of stakeholder groups in planning and executing projects, meeting project requirements and creating project deliverables
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and accountable for the quality and on time delivery of the software component.

[Team Management]

• Lead and manage a Software Team (locally and overseas) in performing the entire software development life cycle (software development,) that meets the needs of users.
• Building a strong technical culture around our business systems that emphasizes technical excellence, rapid iteration, strong security, and frictionless user experiences
• Manage the collaboration with external consultants or vendors.

Requirements

• Degree in nformation Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant field of study
• More than 5 years relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years of experience leading software teams in the delivery of projects
• Extensive experience in software design and development, a working knowledge of various frameworks and languages such as .Net (core), Java Spring (boot), Javascript, Python, SQL, etc.

• Strong technical, analytical and debugging/troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Application Lifecycle tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft DevOps and cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

. Minimum 2 years experience in motorcycle maintenance

• Plan and support regulatory submissions in our regional markets.

• Compile registration dossiers and ensure timely submission to the authorities.

• Perform duties of Responsible Person as per HSA guidelines.

• Maintenance of registered importer’s, wholesaler’s, product licenses and support activities to ensure compliance.

• Manage activities related to Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance and adverse events reporting.

• Achieve the targets set and account for ADVAGEN's regulatory submissions and activities.

• Provide updates and reports of the above duties and responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

This position requires experience on testing, including relevant experience in automated testing, ideally in a user-facing application.

• Good understanding & working knowledge of Agile/Scrum.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript-based frameworks (such as Angular)

• Strong knowledge of C# / .NET frameworks

• Strong understanding of OOP concepts

• Should have experience in creating automation framework from scratch using Cypress, Selenium

• Should have experience in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of test automation framework with Cypress, Selenium

• Must have hands on experience on version control tools like Git

• Must have hands on experience integrating the testing framework in a CI/CD pipeline
