Job Description & Requirements

• Involve in sales & project coordination for IT system / Security system (system training will be provided to understand what kind of solutions we are providing)
• Identify, understand and propose suitable solutions to meet customer’s needs and requirements. (training will be provided)
• Attend to sales enquiries, sales support
• Visit customers at their work place/office with business development manager or director
• Liaise with clients, vendors and team members to coordinate for on going projects
• Email communication skill
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independent, energetic, customer driven and self-motivated.

Job Description

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives. This includes preparing and analysing financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Financial Reporting: Ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with financial regulations and standard
• Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing the company’s cash flow to ensure financial stability
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating and managing budgets and providing financial forecasts to guide business decisions

• Strategic Financial Guidance: Providing strategic financial insights to senior management to support business growth and decision-making
• Team Leadership: Leading and supporting the finance team, including training and development
• Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Perform diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken.

-Monitor system performance and track usage and develop and deliver a trend analysis of system load, usage and response.

-Monitor the reachability of all connections within the network adhering to circuit restoral priorities and initiate troubleshooting to restore full network capability.
