Job Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment process such as job posting, short listing and scheduling of
suitable candidates for interview.
• Onboarding and Offboarding for Employee.
• Coordinate and administer training & development programs including
submitting of claims/training grants to various government agencies.
• Assist in Payroll Processing.
• Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation.
• Booking of air tickets
• Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement,
update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Coretrade, levy
waiver, medical checkup for new hire and monthly renewal workers.
• Matters related to MYE application.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
• Min 1 year experience in Human Resources Management,training will be
provided.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking
employee).
• Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel.
Working hours : 9am to 6pm 5 days week
