Job Summary

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Frontend Developer (Angular / React) to be involved in the development of innovative technical solutions that drive critical applications for an established fast paced organization.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering and / or Computer Science;
• At least 3-4 years of experience in designing and developing front end applications;
• Must have completed at least 1 full software development life cycle in a sizable software system project;
• Hands on experience in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery;
• Proficiency in developing applications using Angular.Js or React.Js including HTML5, CSS3, web markup;
• Experience in relational databases such as MySQL and MSSQL;

• Must have familiarity with browser testing and full stack debugging;

Responsibilities

• Responsible for requirement analysis, development, maintenance and support of web based user-facing software applications;
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs;
• Analyze & solve performance and security related requirements in the applications;
• Prepare documentations for detailed system requirements;
• Work with system testers to detect and rectify detects;
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues;

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle partial of monthly accounts.
• Assist in Quarterly GST reporting and reconciliation
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments for local and overseas.
• Review and verify invoices before payment.
• Ensure accounts payable invoice and expenses claims are accurate, properly taken in, monitor prepayment and charge out according.
• Completeness of balance sheet schedules every month include reconciliation of payments, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Resolve invoice’s discrepancies issues and reconciliation report.
• Prepare journal voucher, ensure timely closing of AP.
• Liaise with different business unit for payment purpose.
• Prepare audit schedule and providing accurate and timely tax (GST)/ financial reports to relevant authorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business and/or Accounting, LCCI qualification or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge and experienced in baisc accounting software
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, especially in MS Word and Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in UAT for projects within the department
• Manage tenancy agreements for expatriates which includes new applications and renewal
• Process claims on Travel Expense, Entertainment & Gift expense and other miscellaneous claims

• Daily verification and EOD reconciliation between systems
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports
• Process incoming swift messages and constructing of outgoing swift messages
• Updating of EMS database
• Reconciliation and monitoring of cash card balance, petrol card transactions and overtime for company drivers

Job Requirements:

• ‘A’ levels / Diploma holders

• To carry out pest control inspection at client premises
• To carry out pest control treatment e.g. fogging, spraying and baiting
• To design pest management plan according to site situation
• To carry out follow up on pest issue until problem solved
• To submit service report promptly
• To attend pest complaint at client premises as instructed
• To provide good quality service to customers
• Provide feedback to management and client for any pest infestation, irregularities, improvement action (housekeeping/ proofing), etc.
• Ensures the safety operation of pest control equipment and use of chemicals
• Able to travel from place to place to conduct pest control activities
• Required to work outdoor at times

Working hour:

Mon to Fri 8.30 to 5.30pm / Sat 8.30am to 1230pm

Salary Range:

$1700 to $2700
