• Act as the Duty Manager when assigned.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor or the Head of Department from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing or a related field
• At least 2 years of proven marketing communications experience in the retail / mall industry.
• Creative, dynamic and resourceful with good media and relevant promotional partners’ contacts.
• A team player and self-starter with good interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Data driven and results-oriented, comfortable with numbers and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
• Fast and independent with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Prepared to work long and irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
• Possess strong analytical skills for dissecting data and analysing sales performance within the mall.
