The People & Culture intern will be part of the HR Department supporting the team on operations relating to the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle and maintaining an excellent workplace culture. Absolute professionalism and discretion are required due to exposure to sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Recruitment Activities, including Campus Recruitment:

• Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs
• Assist in the planning and execution of on-campus and virtual recruitment events
• Support the design of engaging materials for recruitment purposes.
• Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of recruitment processes and documentation.

Coordinate Internal Training Activities

• Assist in organizing and coordinating internal training programs and workshops.
• Help track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Facilitate Employee Wellness Activities:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee wellness initiatives and engagement programs.
• Assist in organizing events and activities that promote a positive and healthy workplace culture.
• Collaborate with the HR team to measure employee engagement and gather insights for enhancing workplace satisfaction.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the fine wine and alcohol supply industry, working closely with sales stakeholders to target the right audience. You'll help create effective marketing materials and may even collaborate on tasting sessions to engage potential customers. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values flexible working hours to achieve optimal results.

• Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
• Work Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Monthly Base Salary: $2800 - $3200

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns; create timely content and creative reels for TikTok and Instagram.
2. Social Media Management: Support the management of social media channels by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Utilize basic SEO knowledge to optimize website content for target audiences and increase organic followers.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to target private clients and propose creative campaigns for festive occasions like Christmas, Valentine’s Day etc.
5. Aid in setting up and monitoring digital advertising campaigns; assist in executing email marketing, including template creation and list segmentation.
6. Conduct basic photoshoots for new stock images of gift sets and wines; update monthly wine catalogs and produce weekly email newsletters.
7. Track key metrics using tools like Google Analytics to provide optimization insights; research industry trends and competitor activities.
8. Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts; assist relevant department/clients for marketing materials related to collaborations and events.
9. Propose new promotions and campaigns to management; collaborate with the team to enhance and execute strategies effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2 years of marketing experience required ( including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing )
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Preferably proficient in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Canva, MailChimp and basic Microsoft office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Creative thinking and a willingness to learn about fine wines and alcohol industry
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in managing Chinese social media platforms, such as Xiao Hong Shu.
