- Develop BIM Project Execution Plans, BIM collaboration, documentation, enforcement, monitoring, and workflow to meet project requirements

- Provide solutions for BIM-related technical issues and assist project teams with BIM implementation

- Set up processes and workflows for efficient delivery of BIM deliverables

- Establish guidelines for internal and external model exchanges between project stakeholders and monitor progress

- Attend client meetings and lead decision-making processes affecting BIM deliverables

- Liaise and coordinate with other trades for cross-team support on BIM software

- Regularly meet with key project staff to update on progress and document meeting minutes

- Oversee BIM coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup

- Collaborate with teams to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements

Requirements:

- Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk advanced module

- Certificate in Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module

- Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM preferably from the Construction industry

- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and target-oriented in a stressful environment

- Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate initiative and commitment
