Videography and Animation: Assume a leadership role in the entire videography process, encompassing concept development, mood board creation, scripting, filming and post production. Manage the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of audio and video equipment. Design: Design high quality content for our brand platforms, such as internal and external decks and campaigns. Ability to explore and execute visual directions based on requirements and collaborate with Marketing Specialist to ensure consistency of design across deliverables. This person must have a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout and color theory.

Photography: A commitment to ‘world-class’ photography for in-house photography relating to campaigns, events, socials, profiles, YMA, or even Specialty Classes. To furnish the Marketing Team with any visual materials needed — whether new or from archived shoots.

Content Management: Work closely with the Marketing Specialist in producing content, ensuring they are consistent and on-brand.

Campaign Ideation and Coordination: Work with the Marketing Specialist to dream up campaign vision and ideas for execution. Responsible for curating storyboards. They will have to curate visuals according to the given brief. Assist in the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, by working closely with the Marketing Specialist.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Videography and Photography
• Full-suite knowledge in video production
• Professional technical knowledge and ability to operate, set up videos, audio, lighting or other production equipment independently
• Previous experience or internship in a creative house is a plus
• Good proficiency with visual design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign or equivalent)
• Adept in motion design tools (Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro or equivalent)
