Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager ready to take on a dynamic, client-focused, and revenue-driven role. As part of our team, you’ll be the key link between our clients and our robust FX trading solutions—BidFX and MaxxTrader—serving major financial institutions in the APAC region.
What You’ll Do:
• Be the trusted advisor to our clients, helping them leverage our platforms for their unique goals.
• Grow revenue by spotting cross-selling opportunities—our Sales team will thank you!
• Manage new client onboarding projects and coordinate across teams to ensure smooth, timely implementations.
• Make regular onsite visits for training and strategic account planning. • Work with mature clients to optimize their experience and provide world-class service.
What We’re Looking For:
• Good experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management in institutional FX is a must (experience with buy-side and sell-side clients is a huge plus!).
• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels, including executive and C-level.
• Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail—whether managing projects or prioritizing client needs.
• Tech-savvy, with knowledge of eFX trading and messaging protocols like FIX.
• Proactive, client-focused, and eager to solve problems.
