Purpose:

Manage the accounting team and manage the cross-functional working relationships with other stakeholders such as Tax, Treasury, Operations to ensure timely and accurate submission of internal and external financial reports, and ensure corporate governance and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and reviewing tasks done by the accounting team in the day to day operations and month end closing process
• Ensure compliance with Location Accounting Minimum Financial Controls
• Promote close working relationships with other stakeholders groups such as FP&As, Billings, Project Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Operations etc
• Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly and quarterly management report and cash flow forecasting reports
• Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries
• Ensure Balance Sheet reconciliations are prepared and reviewed properly on monthly basis.
• Review working capital requirements and arrange funding
• Prepare/review the quarterly/annual statutory filings and related queries
• Prepare/review the quarterly/annual tax-related filings and queries
• Liaise with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents
• Assist with the preparation of any ad-hoc reports/assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree qualification in Finance & Accounting
• CPA or CA or ACCA qualification
• 10 to 15 years accounting experience in a multinational company
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards and tax rules in Singapore
• Experience with a large ERP environment such as Oracle, SAP
• Knowledge in BlackLine, PowerBI, OBIEE would be an advantage
• Ability to interpret and apply accounting standards and corporate financial policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high degree of organizational skills
• Strong leadership, staff supervision and mentoring skills

Job Descriptions:

● Collect and analyze clients requirements.

● Work in teams to design, test and develop localization and customization of Yonyou ERP and Cloud solutions.

● Plan and manage developing resources and schedule including system configuration, integration testing.

● Conduct review & integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables before handing over to users for UAT.

● Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently.

● Solve technical problems during project delivery.

● Document all engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, ERP system integration and interface documents and publish reports.

● Receive training about Yonyou ERP products, industry, and project management.

Requirements:

● 3 years of experience in Business applications and cloud solutions, ERP experience

● Graduated in Information Technology, Engineering, and supply chain management.

● Account, Supply Chain Management business knowledge or experience preferred.

● Preferably familiar with SQL query and has experience in DBMS e.g. SQL Server, Oracle will have an advantage.

● Possess strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and good verbal and written communication skills.

● A team contributor who can learn extremely fast, perform under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment.

● Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates.

● Will be based in Singapore and travel for overseas projects in Southeast Asia

Requirements :

Responsibilities :

General

• To attend meetings with Consultants / sub-contractors when required
• To monitor any complaints received pertaining to site management and remedial steps taken
• To be familiar with Main Contractor's building program and keep check on critical items that may cause delay
• To keep & submit to Main Contractor / Consultant a detailed record of progress / delay of works by sub-contractors on monthly basis

Duties for Structural Works

• To inspect / check works at site ensuring it complies with contract requirements & drawings
• To ensure all testings carried out are as per specifications & agreed test plan
• To carry out standing supervision for all concreting works
• To carry out post-concreting inspection to check the finished concrete / steelworks / finsihes quality, dimension and alignment
• To check and report any discrepancies between all the construction drawings
• To supervise demolition works at site and ensure works carried out comply with approved method statement and drawings
• To keep & maintain documents & others required by BCA i.e. Record of Attendance of All Consultants / Visitors from Authorities, BCA approved drawings, Testing Records, Site Daily Report including progress photographs, Construction drawings and part prints, incoming and outgoing documents, Architect's & Engineer's instructions, etc
• To ensure the work on site complies with the latest Workplace Safety & Health Act
