3. Follow-up on Customer’s Complaints

4. Follow-up with customers on spools, cases and antistatic boxes return

5. Follow-up/Update of Monthly Overdue payment

6. Monitor & Control of SMI Stock Retention Period and Month/End Stock

7. Co-ordinate between company and overseas Branches on Credit Application/Renewal

6. General clerical duties, including e-filing, compilation of reports as and when required

7. Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by Superior from time to time.

Description :

The senior Windows Server Engineer/Lead is a technical specialist working as part of a Wintel Enterprise Operations Team. The Team provides to an enterprise level client base responsible for incident resolution, processing of change requests, and contributions to problem management for all Wintel platform cases.
