The SRF’s principal role will be to work on enhancing tools of the Enzyme Function Initiative at National University of Singapore (EFI@NUS), as part of the SynBio-AI Innovation Accelerator of the National Centre for Engineering Biology. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our understanding of complex biological systems through the application of advanced bioinformatics techniques. The ideal candidate will have expertise in quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping, genome-wide association studies (GWAS), transcriptome-wide association studies (TWAS), and imputation analysis.
