The Risk Control and Compliance team in Global Payments is mainly responsible for overseas transaction anti-fraud, chargebacks, credit evaluation, merchant risk rating, anti-money laundering and other business scenarios. In addition, the team ensures the platform adheres to the requirements of International Credit Card Organization, local financial supervision, and customs.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the architecture design, construction and optimisation of the global payment risk control & compliance system to ensure the quality and scalability
2. Responsible for the construction of decision engine, chargeback center, anti-money laundering system, data and model platform
3. Research the latest technological developments in the industry and work with engineers in the team to promote rapid development and efficient iteration of the business
Qualifications1. Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
2. At least 3 years of experience and above;
3. Solid coding foundation in one or more programming languages (Go/ Python/ Java/ PHP/ C++);
4. Hands-on experience with data structures and algorithms;
5. Excellent system design capabilities, and familiarity with the principles and applications of databases, caches, and message queues;
6. Possess excellent logical thinking ability, good at problem solving and analysis;
7. Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Flink is a plus;
8. Experience in anti-fraud, anti-money laundering system is preferred

- Manage all documents for the projects

- Perform accurate data entry and ensure proper filing of documents

- Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects

- Other general site administrative works

• Perform eye refraction for customers and take necessary measurements using tools and equipment
• Recommend appropriate optical aids based on findings and demands
• Troubleshoot and adjust the fitting of spectacles and ophthalmic lenses
• Keep and maintain customers' eye health record and historical data of purchases

Requirements

• Minimum an Advanced Certificate of Performance in Ophthalmic Dispensing and Refraction or Nitec in Opticianry
• Must be eligible for registration or registered with OOB
• Retail experience will be advantageous

Working hours:

5 days’ work week, generally 11am-9pm (Depending on outlet)

Remuneration:

Basic + Commission + AWS

The Qualifications:

• A diploma in Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent qualification.
• Mechanical & Electrical Coordination certificate from BCA
• A relevant Advanced Certificate / Higher NITEC / Advanced NBQ with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• A relevant certificate with 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• NITEC / Higher NBQ with at least 5 years of relevant work experience12.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites, able to read and drawing M&E drawing by using AutoCAD.

2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.

3. Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.

4. Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.

5. Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.

6. Ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.

7. Plan, coordinate and monitor M&E subcontractor’s activities at project sites.

8. Maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.

9. Ensure that all M&E works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

10. Ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans, quality control mechanisms are being used and results are conformed to specifications.

11. Submit sample materials and calibration certificates to consultants for approval.

12. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

13. Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the project site.
